Are you ready to set off towards the self? Discover the purifying and transforming power of vibrations with Çağrı Adem! The power of vibration created by Sound Meditation enables healing transformation. Sound; It purifies, relaxes the confused and tired minds, raises the vibration and consciousness of the individual. In this meditation, an experience sharing conversation is held with the participants after your 1-hour journey.
Participants are required to bring a mat, pillow and eye patch. The healing and transforming power of sound was used in many ancient civilizations. Egypt, Anatolia, India, Shamanism, Buddhism, Sufism are some of them. We, who deal with sound healing in our time, look from these perspectives and create our own paths.
The term soundhealing emerged in America about 30-40 years ago. Sound healing is the modern-day discovery of these practices, made in India, Nepal and Tibet with Tibetan bowls, gongs and various healing sound instruments. As a result of systematic studies, these instruments discovered my benefits to human body-mind and mental health and helped spread these instruments around the world.
The sound meditation journey that we set out with the flow that I created with Tibetan bowls and various healing instruments specific to each chakra will balance your chakras by tuning both your soul and body and open the way to meet with your essence..

Our own Digifest Antalya event was held on December 24, 2023 with the participation of various politicians, real-world investors, business leaders, exchanges, platforms, projects, influencers, crypto enthusiasts and crypto investors.
